"A Prayer for Our Community Heavenly Father, We come before You with thankful hearts, lifting up the needs of our brothers and sisters to Your throne of grace. Lord, we pray for safe travels this month for TESTER. Be his guide and protector on every road, keep him from harm, and bring him home safely. We lift up TEST FRIEND and their family this week. Cover their home with Your love, strengthen their bond, and let Your peace dwell in their household. Father, we join SIONE K. in thanksgiving for new jobs. Thank You for Your provision and open doors. We also lift up all our youth as their exams begin — grant them clear minds, calm hearts, and confidence, that they may do their best for Your glory. We pray for MALIA T. and her father as he recovers from surgery this week. Lord, You are the Great Healer — lay Your healing hand upon him, ease his pain, restore his strength, and comfort Malia and her family. Indeed, God is good all the time. And Lord, we remember the families in our Albany community who are going through hardship. In their time of need, be their peace and their provider. Let them feel Your presence and the love of this community around them. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. May Your will be done in all these lives. In Jesus' mighty name we pray, Amen."
"Loving and faithful God, We bow before You in this sorrowful week, and lift up our brother / sister and their whole family who have been struck by the death of their beloved mother. Lord, You are the God who wipes away every tear. Please let Your comfort descend upon this family. Embrace them in Your love when they feel lonely. Give them strength when they feel weak, and hope when their grief feels heavy. Thank You for the life of their mother. May her love and sacrifice remain as a blessing within the family.
